- Your content: prompts, uploads, generations, projects and characters.
- Billing details: plan and payment history. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
- Usage information: which features you use and how many credits you spend, so we can run and improve the service.
2. How we use it
- To provide Soulmodality: generate, store and show your work.
- To bill you and keep your credit balance accurate.
- To keep the service safe and enforce our terms.
- To answer your questions and tell you about important changes.
3. Your content and model training
We do not use your private projects to train AI models. A request is sent to the model that handles it only to produce your result.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Soulmodality uses only essential browser storage, explained in our Cookie Policy.
During the preview, your projects, assets and settings are saved in this browser on this device and are not uploaded to our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from Settings, or by emailing [contact email, to confirm]. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing and to complain to your data protection authority.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your content within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
