Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use Soulmodality. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

If you use Soulmodality for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Prepaid credits and payment

Credits are purchased through one-time USD top-ups and are tied to your account. We do not offer subscriptions, automatic renewals or unlimited generation. Each request uses the credits shown before you start; requests that exceed your available balance cannot proceed. Credits do not reset monthly.

Completed top-ups are credited after payment verification. Failed provider media jobs and rejected writing or planning requests are refunded to your credit balance. Completed writing and planning work is charged even when its result needs revision. For payment issues or refunds, contact support. Statutory refund rights remain applicable.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break it.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload (“inputs”) and, as far as the law allows, to what you create with Soulmodality (“outputs”). You give us a limited licence to host, process and display your content only to run the service for you.

Outputs may not be unique: other people may create similar results. AI outputs may not be protected by copyright in every country.

5. Sharing publicly

When you publish work to the gallery, you allow other users to view and remix it with credit to you, and allow us to show it on Soulmodality and in our marketing with credit to you. You can unpublish at any time.

6. Changes and availability

We keep improving Soulmodality and may add, change or remove features and models. We give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect purchased credits or access to the service.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Soulmodality is provided “as is”. AI outputs can be inaccurate or unexpected; review them before you rely on them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can export your work before your account closes.

9. Governing law and contact
